Nagaoka Kojimaya is unique in offering smooth and chewy seaweed soba noodles! Made using carefully selected buckwheat flour and domestically produced funori seaweed, this is a masterpiece that is perfect in both appearance and taste.Kojimaya's hegi soba is even more delicious when dipped into plenty of soup!
